It started off as a conversation with a few Realtor friends that have worked together in the past, all of us wishing we still had the camaraderie, supportive group of friends that enjoyed working together in a collaborative work environment that encouraged each other to succeed, supported each other and reveled in each other's victories. Something we had many years ago, but somehow, we lost that along the way, turned into a conversation of how do we get that back. Fast forward a few months and Regal Real Estate was formed.
