It started off as a conversation with a few Realtor friends that have worked together in the past, all of us wishing we still had the camaraderie, supportive group of friends that enjoyed working together in a collaborative work environment that encouraged each other to succeed, supported each other and reveled in each other's victories. A time where clients were the primary focus and not recruiting other agents and creating a bigger office. Something we had many years ago, but somehow, we lost that along the way, turned into a conversation of how do we get that back. Fast forward a few months and Regal Real Estate was formed.
Regal Real Estate is a close-knit team of agents with decades of experience in real estate. We share our unique perspectives to determine what’s best for our office and our clients. Regal Real Estate, was created in direct response to the big guys getting too big and loosing focus on why we became Realtors in the first place.
Regal Real Estate is boutique by design. We have each other’s back, there’s unity and camaraderie between agents and our vision of the future of real estate. We cultivated our own unique brand and culture, one that is often cooperative, community focused, family-oriented, energetic, and fun. Our primary focus is our clients and what’s best for them!
For us it was about following our core values, and putting the client first. In larger offices the owner’s focus is on mergers, acquisition, and recruitment, constantly looking at their bottom line. The client experience is not their focus, it’s about growth and profits. And this is not who we are.
In fact, all of the agents at Regal Real Estate are equal owners. It’s a simple concept, really…the company doesn’t make a profit, no commissions are paid to the brokerage and the agents don’t pay miscellaneous fees to the brokerage, we simple split the monthly expenses and our agents focus on their personal business and their clients. Recruiting and growing is not our focus, our clients are. It’s a win-win for everyone involved, the agents and our clients.
Since there’s no hierarchy in our office, we nurture new ideas and kept on experimenting with new marketing tools in this ever changing digital and social new world. We create forward-thinking listing strategies to boost our listing’s exposure, elevate perception and increase traffic. We listen to our buyers so we can zero in on their wants and needs. Our goal is great service, not great volume.
